Job Description – Sales Professional

People love marijuana but often suffer adverse effects such as anxiety and panic attacks. This is so uncomfortable that many give up marijuana altogether! The numbers are staggering: In the US alone 6 million adults who consume marijuana suffer from panic attacks! Only 30% of sufferers receive treatment and help. People have been WAITING for a product that replaces a trip to the hospital or the need for psychopharmacology! 

This is your chance to go from making $10-12 an hour to $50-70k a year.

We are a small but trend setting company with a new product. We work mostly with head and smoke-shops in the US. We want to increase our brand recognition and sales, so we are actively seeking an established business to business herbal extract sales team member. 

We are looking for a motivated and consistent phone sales person. Applicants must be driven and professional. There is no schedule and you make your own hours. 

Callers can work from home and make great money. Position can be part time or developed into a long-term career. Pay is commission based. Depending on the amount of hours worked, a hardworking person has the potential to earn between $50-70k. 

‪Position

This sales position will execute calls that are structured as follows: 

1.    All leads are provided

2.    Call head-shops and offer product samples

3.    Conduct follow up calls and offer product for sale

4.    Close the sale

You will work directly with the owners to build important relationships within the head-shop industry. You will initiate and close sales for new customers and manage in-house accounts. 

‪Essential Job Functions

Successfully execute business to business sales. Meet revenue targets and increase market share. Develop and maintain new relationships and collaborations in the industry.

‪Required Skills/Experience

Some experience in sales, business development or marketing is required. College or grad students are encouraged to apply. 

Excellent organization, communication and presentation skills. An ability to effectively understand business strategy and vision. Passion for increasing sales which will directly increase your earnings.
