“I would be nothing without this. I suffer from bouts of panic when I smoke. Sometimes I feel nauseated and start shaking and this combats the physical systems within 5 minutes. I would definitely say this helps me, but I haven’t found it to make me drowsy so it’s totally fine to take whenever I need it. I don’t dilute it in any water or juice for I haven’t found that to be as effective, so I just use a few half tinctures (since it’s tricky to fill one all the way up) underneath my tongue and leave it there then swallow. I think it absorbs faster this way. You get used to the taste.”
